September 4, 2014: Arrival in Amish Country, Lancaster, PA
Individually arrive in Pennsylvania Amish Country where you’ll be among America’s oldest and largest settlement of “Plain People”. You will stay where you witness horse-drawn buggies and enjoy the sound of clip-clopping down country roads. With more than 70,000 members of Amish, Brethren and Mennonite faiths, these people have sustained a lifestyle that disappeared generations ago. (Lodging is not included in tour price)
September 5, 2014: Amish Country Tour
We will start our day at 9am with a guided tour of the picturesque Amish countryside on a luxury motorcoach. We’ll visit a working Amish home, gardens, farm & carriage house, see Amish farmlands, stop at an Amish bakery, visit an Amish family and their miniature horse farm, real woodworking shop with no electricity, enjoy a buggy ride, learn an Amish hymn, hop on some scooters and a stop for shopping at the Kitchen Kettle Village. Bring your appetite along, as you will enjoy a true Pennsylvania Dutch evening along side four generations of an Amish family enjoying a feast of chicken, ham, roast beef, and an assortment of side dishes. After the meal you will finish the evening on the farm with the family. Watch the sunset from the rockers on their porch, wander about the farm or play along the yard with the kinner. (*All this included in tour price)
September 6, 2014: Hershey Farm Whoopie Pie Festival & Day On Your Own
Enjoy the most delicious day in Lancaster County at the Whoopie Pie Festival, which features over 100 different Whoopie Pie Flavors and is held at the Hershey Farm Restaurant & Inn. Participate in their many fun activities, shop for some delicious Whoopie Pies, play Whoopie Pie Checkers or jump into the Whoopie Pie eating contest. Whoopie Pie Pam will be partnering in the festival for 2014 and will be introducing the Whoopie Pie Book Club to the many visitors of the festival. “Whoopie Pie” Pam, along with several of your favorite best-selling Amish Fiction authors including Sarah Price, Elizabeth Byler Younts, Kelly Long, non-fiction author Marlene Miller, and a few others will be on hand to sign their books and chat with you. Festival hours are 11am-4pm. After the festival, we will gather and share a delicious evening meal and fellowship to end the Annual weekend. (evening meal included in tour price)

**All tours paid in full may be cancelled for refund NO LATER than July 1, 2014. Any cancellations AFTER July 1, 2014 will be at 50% refunded.
